Contact Us

Questions about a ride, an operator, or a route through Munich? Send a message and it will get read and answered.

What To Send Us

Send a note if a listing looks off, or if you want help choosing between rides. Questions about operators such as Fat Tire Tours or Radius Tours, meeting points in the city centre, or whether an e-bike tour suits you better than a standard one are all fair game here.

Cancellations And Refunds

Write to us about a Munich ride, an operator, or a route. Cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are handled by the operator named in your confirmation email. Most tours here also offer free cancellation, so check the terms on the live booking page.

Reporting A Mistake

Spotted a wrong price, a moved meeting point, or a description that no longer matches the ride? Tell us. Operators adjust routes and from-prices change, and a short note naming the tour helps us fix the page quickly.
